Services provided to clients are also governed by the written proposal or agreement for that engagement. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Use of the website
You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access areas you are not authorized to use, or submit false information through our forms.
Content
The text, designs, diagrams, and images on this site belong to Rochester Designs or are used with permission. Quotations are attributed to their authors. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy the site’s content for commercial use without asking.
SMS terms
Program. Rochester Designs sends text messages to people who have opted in through a form on this site or verbally during a call. Messages include replies to inquiries, appointment reminders, project updates, and account notifications.
- Opting in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form and providing your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. To rejoin, opt in again through a form on the site.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
